To edit your website, email us clear instructions through support. We will start working and notify you when it’s done, usually on the same business day.
Edits include any text or image change that will take 30 minutes or less. Typically, these tasks include enhancing event pages, integrating a testimonials section, resolving email or hosting problems, or modifying menu items.
The tasks listed do not include advanced or custom features such as integrating an e-commerce shop, adding more pages, or building another website. Also, they don’t cover graphic design tasks.
The reason we provide care plans is to take preventative care, so we work hard to prevent anything from happening.
We will help you if any unexpected problems happen with your website. We will work with the hosting provider on your behalf to ensure prompt resolution and minimal disruptions to your business operations.
Although we can’t guarantee that your website won’t be compromised, we assure you that we will create daily backups to reinstate your site and eliminate any infected code that could still be lingering on your server.

Although all of our care plans come with hosting. It’s one less thing to worry about.
Your credit card will be charged automatically at the start of each month.
After payment, we will email you a PDF invoice.
Our care plans are on a month by month basis.
