Service Terms

The service

Impavid Marketing provides a managed website service for local service businesses. The base service is $25 per month and includes the agreed website scope, hosting, SSL security, technical maintenance, and reasonable text and photo updates. The specific pages, content, and launch requirements are confirmed before work begins.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, lawful content, current contact details, and any images or materials needed for the website. You must have permission to use everything you provide and must promptly tell Impavid Marketing when important business information changes.

Scope and additional work

The monthly service covers the agreed base website and reasonable ongoing changes. Substantial new pages, integrations, custom functionality, or work outside that scope will be explained and quoted before it begins. No additional charge applies unless you approve it.

Payment and renewal

The service renews monthly at $25 unless a different written scope or price has been agreed. Payment keeps hosting, maintenance, security work, and included updates active for the next service period.

Cancellation and file handoff

You may cancel before the next renewal date. When the service ends, Impavid Marketing will provide the current website files. Impavid-provided hosting, maintenance, security work, and ongoing updates end with the service. You are responsible for arranging replacement hosting, deployment, domain configuration, and future maintenance after cancellation.

Domains and third-party services

Domain registration, email accounts, payment processors, booking systems, directory profiles, and other third-party services may have separate fees and terms. Impavid Marketing can assist with connections included in the agreed scope but does not control the availability or policies of third-party providers.

Ownership and permission to work

You retain ownership of original business content and materials you provide. You authorize Impavid Marketing to copy, edit, display, and host those materials as needed to provide the service. Third-party fonts, software, images, or services remain subject to their own licenses.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or malicious activity. Impavid Marketing may suspend work or hosting when reasonably necessary to protect the website, visitors, infrastructure, or legal rights.

Availability and results

Impavid Marketing works to keep managed websites available and maintained, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed because networks, hosting providers, domain systems, and third-party services can fail. No specific search ranking, traffic, lead volume, or business result is guaranteed.
